i m police officer and suffering with writer' cramp from last 7/8 years. neuro psysician suggested ciplar 80 tablet and doctor from lilavati hospital also said me that there is no effective natural treatment for this, better to write from left hand and from then i tried to write from left hand. since 3/4 years i m writting from my left hand but i have some vibration when handling with newspaper, water glass, tea cup etc. i want to know that there is any natural treatment for this pl. suggest me.thank u.bye.

I need help. I'm a girl. 32 years old. Since last year, I have a large lipoma of 4,5 cm of diameter at my left shoulder. I suffer from constipation and cannot excrete feces from the intestine resulting in constipation. I do not take fiber in the diet, and also take less fluids, i am generally stressed, and have wrong food habit and deficiency of exercise. Dues to application of pressure while excreting daily, my anal canal has swelled. I am afraid if piles and fistula could occur? I also suffer from gastric troubles, and acidity. Hi, I suffer hypertension and depression. Side effects of rauwolfia that is in Mukta vati tablets tablets include nasal congestion, depression, tiredness and erectile dysfunction. Reserpine could cause severe depression, increase of appetite and weight gain. There is another brand of Mukta vati tablets tablets from Ivy that doesn't contain Chandramaar (Rauwolfia serpentina). I take Mukta vati tablets tablets for my high blood pressure and it works well but I noticed that as soon as I lay down to sleep my nasal passages close shut and I have drainage in my throat all night and have trouble breathing.The next day I feel tired and fall a sleep if I sit still for any length of time.Do you have any suggestions??

I have nasal polyps from 2 years.Doctor suggested operation. I did try 30 mins of kapalbhati and anulom vilom prayanam, ithelped me to get my smell sense back and my breathing got better, though i continued nasal steroid drops.After feeling better I discontinued the steroid drops, continuing my breathing excercise,but my breathing health problems came back with full force and stuffy nose, cant smell now.I am planning to get pregnant but how could I proceed,when excercise alone is not helping me breathe?
