Philosophy of yoga

Yoga
is a philosophy of life, yoga is self-regulation, yoga is a way of
life, yoga is the resolution of a disease-free life and a life of
meditation.
Yoga is the highest form of spiritual knowledge and self-cure philosophy itself. Yoga transforms a man of a dwarf or a giant transforms himself or trying to all forms. Yoga
is not only a method of treatment option, but on the basis of the
results, yoga is a truth that eliminates the root diseases.
In other words, there is only one approach to comprehensive treatment for physical ailments but also for mental illness.

Yoga
is not a treatment for symptoms such as allopathy, but eliminates the
root cause of the disease and makes us healthy from inside.
To
view yoga as simply a form of exercise or as ownership of a breed that
help religious rites is a very narrow view and ignorant.
We should rise from selfishness, stubbornness and ignorance, and look at yoga as a science.
According
to ancient belief, it is believed that awakens the eight chakras yoga
and pranayam eliminates the bad culture and the sins that we have met
over many lives.

When
I studied the scientific background of the eight chakras, and when the
ancient Sanskrit words were compared to modern medical science, I found
the Muladhara, Swadhistan, Manipur, Hriday, Anahat, Shahashrar chakras
through g and are related to reproductive, excretory
, digestive, skeletal, circulatory, respiratory, nervous and endocrine systems, respectively. The work of the Shahasrar Muladhara is similar to the work of reproduction to the endocrine system. With regular practice of yoga and pranayama business makes these very eight chakras or adjustment and balancing systems.
The imbalance in any system leads to a range of conditions or disorders. Language can be anything other than the attitude of science and spirituality is the same. Language is but a means for the expression of feelings. However,
with self-destruction that occurred over 400 years of slavery, we now
think of anabolism, catabolism and metabolism to be accurate instead of
Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

By not display our tradition, culture and knowledge with self-esteem, fills us with a feeling of tiredness. Reading
the word “chakras”, which starts moving in circles, but when we read
the word “system, we are very systematic, while the base of knowledge
of ancient and modern is the same.

Instead
of Ayurvedic theory of “high Pragyaparadho Mulkaranam Sarvarogana
(Charak), we feel” stress is the main cause of all diseases “is more
scientific. Now, let go of obstinacy and recognize the truth. For
example,
with
the imbalance of the endocrine system, stress and a series of
complicated stress-related illnesses such as heart disease, blood
pressure, depression, obesity and diabetes and so developed. Similarly,
with the imbalance of the skeletal system
more
than 100 types of arthritis can only be developed and a person falls
victim to muscle atrophy. What I mean is that any imbalance of the
internal systems is the disease and the internal balance is free of
disease.

In
trying yoga, directly and indirectly with thousands of people, I have
found that regular practice of the main eight pranayams accordance with
proper procedure at a particular time and with a mind is determined to
complete the balance in our eight chakras or systems
eight. As a result we get a healthy life of yoga. At
the same time, the need for chemical salts and hormones that as
consumption slows gradually because the chemical salts and hormones
that have been taking from the outside, which is now beginning to
receive from within.

Yoga is not a locker as allopathic medicine and is a complete cure. Apart from emergency and surgical treatment in all aspects of the remaining treatments, yoga is a superior treatment technique. If Ayurveda is used in conjunction with yoga in the treatment of complicated diseases, then the effect is deeper.
Apart from curing the disease aspects of yoga, the spiritual aspect is very vast. Therefore the main objective of yoga is the attainment of Samadhi or know the divine truth. With this, anything that comes in the way of achieving Samadhi with the help of yoga, such as disease, is automatically ended. In other words, the automatic destruction of the obstacles of yoga is the byproduct of yoga. We must always remember that the main objective is to attain Samadhi. This
view of yoga is not just an exercise Buddhist’s dream, propaganda or
the security and the use of yoga is very accurate and real.
I
am sure that in the near future, the world will be stripped of his
stubbornness and take yoga as their own and do not develop a peaceful,
healthy, prosperous and sensible world and the nation.
Science and spirituality, material science and spiritual science will grow in full at the same speed. The religion of the soul and the nation will emerge from yoga. The world will move forward on the path of self-good and global good. People
throw the identities of caste, community, religion, region, language,
communalism, etc and assume the identity of the country and humanity.
And India will become the country more than in all cultural, spiritual, economic and social. The feelings of hatred, fear, desire, discontent, false intellect, anger, extravagance, etc comes from a lack of peace. With
the help of pranayama and meditation, when the minds of people to be
peaceful, then the fear, illusion, hatred, crime and corruption
prevailing in the society, nation and the world will also be removed
and is not
adjusted increase of devotion and declining services. The only solution to the deterioration of that material is exactly this view material. The
end of an era of hate, crime and sexual madness is possible only
through the global establishment of yoga, otherwise no one can prevent
widespread destruction.
