I suffers from Throat Infection frequently. I found 1 of the reason for it is because of Ghutka Chewing. Is there any natural medicine or solution to avoid this infection? I take Mukta vati tablets tablets for my high blood pressure and it works well but I noticed that as soon as I lay down to sleep my nasal passages close shut and I have drainage in my throat all night and have trouble breathing.The next day I feel tired and fall a sleep if I sit still for any length of time.Do you have any suggestions??

I have nasal polyps from 2 years.Doctor suggested operation. I did try 30 mins of kapalbhati and anulom vilom prayanam, ithelped me to get my smell sense back and my breathing got better, though i continued nasal steroid drops.After feeling better I discontinued the steroid drops, continuing my breathing excercise,but my breathing health problems came back with full force and stuffy nose, cant smell now.I am planning to get pregnant but how could I proceed,when excercise alone is not helping me breathe?

Namasthe, My son is 6+ years but still has the height of a 4 year old. He is very short for his age. Namskar ji.Actually i am suffering with non-hodgkins lymphoma health problem. I have been taking chemotheraphy for past 3 months but there is no change in my health. But now a days all private organigations are servicing for money they won't take care about patient health they are simply prolonging the natural medicine. Respected Param Pujniya ji, My father aged about 74 years is suffering with Carcinoma Lung with bone metastatasis [cancer], which is known to us last 30 days before after the investigations done in Batra hospital at Delhi. Parnaam G... My mother X ray report suggest. Disc Space reduction between L5-S1 and L4-5. No compression-collapse. No pre or para-vertebral soft tissues mass seen. Canal body ratio at L5 is 1:9.4 (Normal upto 1:5.9)---Central canal stenosis. as she is unable to have english natural medicine because digestion system fails due to these natural medicine.
